Joyce is a watercolor artist and instructor in northwestern New Jersey and Long Beach Island, NJ. She is a resident of both Hope and Surf City, New Jersey. The country and island settings have inspired most of her work. Her favorite subjects are boats, beach scenes, barns and porches. More recent work has been of her five grandchildren.
