About Us
As an organization we work to promote the advancement of the arts and individual artists, and to provide venues for artists with a variety of programs. Our goal is to provide the community with an opportunity to experience many artistic disciplines.

Warren County ARTS has an ongoing relationship with the Township of Oxford to promote the arts. Part of this responsibility includes coordinating a variety of art programs in the Oxford Municipal Building Gallery.

Each Spring we sponsor the SPRING OPEN ART SHOW for area artists 18 yrs and older, and in the past have provided our members with the opportunity to show their works in such places as Four Sisters Winery in Hope, the Belvidere Courthouse jury waiting room, Washington's Art in the Park, Sussex Warren Art Show, the Morris County Administration Building Atrium gallery and Warren County Farmers Fair.  In addition to opportunities to exhibit in venues outside the group, members have the opportunity several times a year to participate in a solo or group exhibit in the Oxford Municipal Gallery.

We are always looking for ways to incorporate the performing arts with the visual arts and involve the public. One way we do this is be inviting musicians to perform at our opening artist receptions.

We meet once a month eleven times a year. We do not meet in August as many people are busy doing summer things.  Each meeting has an exciting program to stimulate and educate. A monthly newsletter is sent out once per month to keep members apprised of artistic happenings- both within the group and elsewhere in the tri-state area.  It alone is worth the price of membership!

We welcome anyone who is an artist, wants to be an artist or just enjoys being around artists.  Please stop by the Oxford Municipal Building at 7pm, the second Thursday of the month and see what we're up to this month!
